They are so unorganized and a waste of time. They close at 4:30 but I didn't see my gyn until 4:20 with a 3:00 appointment bc she handles gyn and obgyn patients.

I Love this office, they have always been great to me ever since I have been 16 years old. Dr. Hartmans father actually delivered me and Dr. Hartmans office just dielivered my daughter. The only issue I have had is the other day I was going to be ten minutes late and I have a newborn so she was giving me a hrard time feeding her so thats why i was late, and they told me they MIGHT be able to see me, I would see when i got there. Mind you I had to find a babysitter that morning and was already ten minutes away... it was truly frustrating. When i asked them to ask the doctor to find out for sure, she was with a patient... when she was supposed to be seieing me anyway so she was goihng to be late taking me back ANYWAY!... can you say ANNOYING! I just needed a yes or no! either way, i still go here so thats fine.

I have been going to this office for five years.The service was great then, now the service is horrible ,what a shame. If you trying to get your records transferred good luck.

The front office never said hi, good morning, nothing. Lic. and insurance card. Go back to room #3, the lady that came and got me, called my name, I went through the door, she pointed to the scale. cold group of people. The NP that saw me was very nice. I check out. no have a nice day, Merry xmas - (It was three days before xmas) I do not ever want to go there again. I want to find another office to go get my annuals. The medical office I work at are all so nice and friendly.

Recommend this location out of the three in the state. I have been a patient for over 3+ years and I love the staff at Dover. I did switch to the Milford location because I had moved. After going to another location, I switched back to Dover because I was not satisfied in Milford. The staff at Dover makes you feel comfortable and returns phone calls within 24 hours. I am rarely on hold when I do call this location. :-)
